The eating habits of my family are completely different now. We have eliminated a substantial amount of chemicals, hormones, preservatives and artificial ingredients from our diet. We supplement with probiotics, natural enzymes, hso’s and quality vitamins and minerals. My families health has improved dramatically, especially my three young children. I also made some changes with the cleaning products I use in my home. I try to use environmentally friendly, biodegradable items wherever possible. I don’t use harsh chemicals anymore, relying mostly on plant based products. These changes were challenging, doable and extremely rewarding.
